Madam Mandy

ok so what I thought would be a simple picture ACTUALLY took me about 12-14 hours... I lost 3 hours since my PC decided to freeze  

So this is my OC Mandy and this hat has a special meaning in the story line I'm working on.
The background reflects her personality (also I wanted to play with light shading) 
Mandy can be a real ice queen and say cold things yet on the other side she can be the most warm, loving and generous person. she just needs to learn that lesson first.
Doing my own art on my own OC's is rewarding and makes me want to do more
